On tap. Pours with a clear, pale yellow hued body with a lasting white ring of foam. Good clarity with noticeable carbonation visible. Flavors are floral, sweet, medium sulfur. A spritzy apple character, lemon zest, some champagne qualities, light pitted fruit aroma which I assume is an ester. Flavors are medium sweet with a dry, corky apple quality. Light sulfur. Pretty tame acid balance with low tannin. Lively bubbles, dry finish. Lacks the complexity of some of the other Wandering Aengus ciders.

Growler from Bierkraft in July. The guy filling it couldn’t find any specific batch info on the keg, as each release is a different blend of what they have on hand at the time. Saw a listing for batch 9 out now on beermenus. Still waiting for the batch info to be listed on their website. Big, spritzy white head. Faded yellow golden body. Disturbed, but not quite hazy. Soft & mellow mashed apples on the nose. Sparkling carbonation. Thick, but not really yeasty. Mellow, unbruised fruit. Just barely sweet, but it lingers on your tongue. Only a minor twinge of acidity. Grainy feel on the finish. Alcohol is held in check. Adding in a single more tannic apple to the blend would really crisp it up. Crazy drinkability & so affordable for a honest cider.
