Cask at The Brewer's Arms, Lewes. I was very excited for this but sadly for me it turned out to be a bit of a mess. Kölsch like nose with some elderflower. Profile is a weird mix of floral, astringent boozyness and cheese. Saison like ending. Just didn't quite work for me..

Cask at the Evening Star, Brighton on 23rd May 2026. Hazy golden amber with shallow foam and full lacing. Zesty peel in aroma. Caramel malts and citrus zest in-mouth and finish. Light to medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
