The second of our 2026 Digital Neighbourhood series in the run-up to Welcome To The Neighbourhood is with Willibald Farm Distillery & Brewery, from the small township of Ayr in Ontario. Willibald was founded by Cameron Formica and brothers Jordan and Nolan Vanderheyden in 2017 with the distillery coming first, a farm-to-table restaurant following in 2018, before beer production kicked off in 2019.
We've digitally collaborated on a double dry hopped IPA full of Motueka and Riwaka.

440ml can from Bennyโs Place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, herbal. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a smooth, fresh, juicy mango, zesty sugary tropical citrus palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

440ml Can - Murky orange. Orange, mango and mandarin in the aroma. Hoppy and tangy taste with notes of orange, mango, papaya and some subtle notes of aniseed.

440ml can. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of lemon and lime, mandarin, grapefruit, papaya, mango. Taste is very juicy, citrus, lemon and lime, grapefruit, mandarin, papaya, mango, grape, light hop bitterness. Medium bodied. Lovely stuff.
