Tap @ Bryggergården, Roskilde. Clear dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy caramel, light roasted malt and a hint of labre larver. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 200720

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grass and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 290815

Draught at Halsnæs Bryghus. Clear, dark amber colour with a thin, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, nuts and a lightly toasted note. Faint vinous. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry and fruity. OK Brown Ale.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Halsnæs Sælhunden ].ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, dark malt, caramel, malt bitter, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear dark amber with a small tan head. Aroma of fruits, citrus, malt, herbal notes, light veggies and yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Klare orangebraune Farbe, mittelgroße beige Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hopfig, Karamell, Kaffee. Geschmack dunkel malzig, Karamell, fruchtig.
