On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong citrus and floral. Medium mouth, dry hop, citrus, light bitterness, good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Levi’s place. Thanks Ariel. Cloudy golden with a white head. Aroma with yeast, citrus, flowers, mild spiciness, a hoppy note and a light earthy note. Dry-ish flavor with light sweetness, yeast, fruitiness, flowers and a light bitterish touch, somewhat citric. Medium-bodied with strong carbonation.

Sampled at Where the Wild Beers Are, 6/7/14 (I'm keeping this a little shorter than my normal rating style to help catch-up my backlog a little faster)
Orange-amber colored beer. This one has a fruity and lightly funky flavor to it. Solid one.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear (at least on the first pour) orange-copper hued body with a large and retentive, rocky white head. Aromas are mostly yeast driven with black pepper, isoamyl acetate, pear notes, spicy with moderate hop citrus, floral, light pine. Very light malt. Flavors are a bit carbonic, mineral, dry, floral, some toasted malty sweetness, light floral hoppy, a bit umami yeasty, peppery phenols. Very highly carbonated, brisk finish. A bit of malt spicy notes. Pretty decent but not as hoppy as I was picturing.

Draught at Portland Craft, Vancouver
Cloudy amber color with small compact head. Mild aroma of caramel, very light fruit. The mouthfeel is soft, but off-dry; simple caramel flavor, dull spices, some paper; ordinary bitterness. And a feeling of rancid.
Not a Saison, not a Pale Ale, quite disappointing.

Hazy light amber, earthy, caramel, touch of hoppiness. Slightly crisp character, little bit of peachy character and a dash if yeast. Ok.

Draught @ Pine Box, Seattle, WA

Pours dark orange with a smooth head. Aroma of spices, yeast, earthy notes, grassy hops and fruits. Taste is sweet, stuffy and earthy with some ripe fruits. Finish is sweet and caramely with some spices, yeast and stuffy maltiness. A bit unbalanced.
