An easy-drinking wheat beer is light in color and body...perfect for the warmer weather. In crafting this fine ale, we add many pounds of real apricot fruit to create a "secondary fermentation." This creates a gentle wheat beer with just a hint of apricot flavor in the finish. A very drinkable, mildly fruity ale.

Pours golden with a thick, enormous, white head. Aroma of dry malt, some apricot. Taste has a huge fruit explosion on the tongue, dank and overripe fruits alike. Palate has some bread lingering on the nose, along with the overripe fruit elements. Not bad.

12oz bottle from Wegmans. Pale golden with weak head. Sweet fruity aroma . Taste is stone fruit and light bready malts. Abit more candy than fruity, but flavor is pretty full.

12oz bottle pours out straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet apricot wheat grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet apricot jammy notes and a little wheat.

12 oz. can. Pours a semi-clear medium gold color with a fleeting white head and very poor retention. No lacing. Strong apricot aroma. Good apricot flavor in a sturdy wheat ale base, without being too sweet. Crisp mouthfeel for a wheat ale. Short finish. Refreshing and repeatable.

$2.29 can, Vintages by the Dan. Pours slightly hazy golden with a large white head. Sweet apricot, somewhat artificial, wheat aroma. Flavor is jolly rancher candy dropped in beer. The can says natural apricot, but boy this tastes artificial.
