Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a bubbly white head. Funk, citrus, wood and orange. Bone dry and crisp. Delicious and sippable.

Bottle, Batch #2, 4.5%. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, sour, tart, notes of leather and brett. Flavour is malt, lemon, tart, fruit peel, oak, wood, medium dry, grapes, brett and a little leather.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Light malty and hoppy powerfull sour aroma. Light bitter very nice sour flavor. Average finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 290815

Heller, wenig säuerlicher Antrunk mit mild bitteren Noten. Süffig, könnte aber deutlich saurer sein. Geringfügig holzig, spritzig, leide rzum Ende schnell abfallend. Okay. 11/9/9/7/7/7

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübe hell gelbe Farbe, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch angenehm säuerlich fruchtig, Citrusfrüchte, hefig. Geschmack säuerich malzig, leicht holzig, fruchtig, lecker!

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear pale yellow / pale golden color, small white head. Smell barnyard, horse blanket lightly, not overly sour. Taste is very balanced, lightly funky, lightly barnyard, soft sour, citrus fruits. Very nice.

Sampled at EBF. Pours a clear yellow, looks like a pils. Smells a little trashy, spice, white grape, light funk, pepper. Flavor is better, sweet flower petals, pear, white grape juice, apple. Sweet, medium bodied finish.
