Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren as "Sang Rouge 2017". Pours very dark brown with a small light brown head. Aroma of malt, caramel, light sourness, wet wood, leather, dark fruit, red grapes, hint of acetone. Flavor is light sour, light sweet, malt, caramel, wood, oak, acetone, dark fruit, red grapes. Keg at MBCC Bronus Gold session, 13/05/18 as Sang Rouge. Rich mahogany brown with a decent light beige covering. Nose is tangy red berry skins, wood must, stewed dark fruits, tobacco, sharp berry compote, oak. Taste comprises berry fruit balsams, barnyard esters, cherry skins, funk, damp alleyway, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a notable acidic fandango. Decent.

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of ripe red fruit, oak, vineus grape, vanilla, cherry and tart. Taste has smooth red fruit, red grape, vanilla, oak, cherry and a long mildly tart vinous finish. Really good sour art.

On tap at the Alibi Room as Sang Rouge. Brownish colour, almost amber, not much head. On the nose, quite barrelly, lactic, sweetish and balsamic. Has some age, vinous.
