Bottle, 75cl corked, as Sang Rouge. It pours a small, dense, light beige head over a a clear, ruby red body. The aroma has some vinegar, a good touch of berries, some almond hints, a little bit of impact from the wood, some faint funky hints, and some dried fruits. The flavor is equally complex and mellow, with vinegar hints, red berries, wood and dried fruits. Some acidity, quite dry, but it could easily be drier. It’s actually almost sweetish towards the end. Lasting finish. Yummy. 121124
