16/9/2022. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers. Pours clear dark amber with a red tint and a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of berries, dark fruits, dried fruit, caramel, malt, hedgerow, hint of marzipan. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of tart. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed it.

Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 07/07/22. Clear deep mahogany brown with a well presented lasting light beige head ... not looking too shabby for rot box @Shawn. Nose is dusty fruits, light perfume, herb, hint of red berries. Taste comprises dark malts, toffee, dates, raspberry pips, dusty fruits, light yeast, pinch of spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close Decent Dubbel ... not a huge flavour profile but never runs sweet and sips easy.

Bottle that I have kept in my rot box for awhile, as this chapter of my career closes in the UK than the next will open. May this be free in some panda for others to enjoy: Poured a dark amber with a creamy khaki head. Aroma is yeasty, dark fruits, figs, rich malts, toffee. Taste is dark fruits, plums, dates, figs, rich malts, some booziness and burn, yeast esters. Held up pretty well for being at least a 2016 bottle...check that it was made Sept 2015 as printed on the bottle neck.

Bottle from delabierman. Plums add sweetness, but detract from the overall dubbel character. Slightly tart and fizzy.

Total Wine in Delaware: Pours murky light brown with a tan head. Aroma is sugar, fruit, yeast, and sugary malts. Taste is moderately sweet, but not too much so. Serious fruity and yeasty notes abound. Easy finish. Nice and pleasant dubbel.

Location: 750 ml bottle from Sparrow, 2/20/14
Aroma: The nose is fruity and yeasty, plums, some malts, and a little raisin
Appearance: It pours a pinkish-reddish color with a beige head and mild lace
Flavor: The flavor is medium sweet, plum and raisin fruity notes, spice, with lots of yeasty flavors
Palate: The body is medium, tingly feel, some plus carbonation, and a slightly tart, dry finish
Overall Impression: Pretty decent stuff. This style with the plum flavor works pretty nicely. The plum doesn't overpower, and it doesn't get overwhelmingly sweet either. Very nice beer, and I'm always happy when my beer habit supports charity.
