This is a wheat-based IPA with a majority of the grist being red and white wheat along with some 2-row. This bad boy was generously hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic and Ahtanum in the boil and then double dry-hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo and Mosaic. 7.0% ABV, 65 IBUs.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8
Draft. Cloudy golden amber color, thick cream colored head. Aroma is very fruity, with tropical fruit , citrus, pineapple, wow! Taste is bittersweet fruit, nicely balanced.
