Made from hand picked apples from traditional Somerset orchards. Allowed to ferment using naturally occurring yeasts, before undergoing second fermentation in the bottle and aging for three years on the lees to produce a permium quality sparkling cider.
A delicate blend of Kingston Black and a variety of dessert apples deliver soft tannins with balanced acidity. Expect floral notes on the nose followed by fresh lemon and honey on the palate. A true celebration cider. Serve chilled in a stemmed glass. 750ml. 7.7%.
