IBU: 50 Grain Bill: Muntons Maris Otter, Weyermann Caramunich I, Baird Crystal 70/80, Briess Vienna, Briess Victory, Briess Aromatic Hop Bill: Centennial, Cascade English caramel & biscuit malts balanced with West Coast citrus hops Comercial desription: Our flagship: a bold American pale ale with an English backbone. Think driving a ’64 Mustang over London Bridge. This is the beer we drink when hanging out after a hard day at the brewery. Strange that this beer hasn´t been rated before. Tapversion, Drunken at The Bishop Arms, Gustav, Malmö, Sweden Bready and caramel-like malt aromas balanced with citrus and floral Centennial and Cascade hop aromas. Crisp, malty and caramel sweetness giving way to citrus and a lingering but subtle spicy hop bitterness. Well-balanced with deep well interwoven tastes where the a pleasant malt backbone impresses most.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hops, citrus and pale malts. The finish is mildly bitter with a short grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

16 ounce can. Amber orange color. Large rocky beige head. Pleasant toasted malt nose hints at walnuts and chalk. Bittersweet malt flavor has notes of baked bread and toasted nuts. Hops come through in finish with a floral and citrus burst. A decent pale ale.

Can from jredmond. Started as a foamer, but the pour is clear, beautiful copper with a yellow beige foamy head. Aroma is floral and citrus. Near med body. Flavor is mild or not so mild? roasty malt with upfront citrus and following floral. Rather tasty; a bit off the standard APA path. Finishes less than dry.
