Party Wave is an 8.8% Double Dry Hopped Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Seeker Brewing, designed as a tropical hop showcase built for serious DIPA drinkers. A true craft beer collaboration between two breweries known for pushing hop-forward styles, Party Wave pairs Dolcita and Motueka, two distinctive modern hops rarely seen together at this intensity. Dangerous Ales' fermentation craft meets Seeker's hazy DIPA pedigree in a single, limited-run batch split between both breweries. It is the kind of collab beer that only happens when two like-minded crews share a tank and a vision.

Expect a hazy gold pour with a pillowy white head, releasing a soft, expressive hop aroma upfront, juicy ripe mango leading the charge like biting into a frozen mango Weis bar, lifted by bright lime zest, white grape, and fresh citrus from the Motueka. The mid-palate is plush and creamy, layered with stone fruit and a smooth tropical sweetness, before finishing clean and dry with a lasting citrus lift. At 8.8% it drinks dangerously smooth, the kind of DIPA that disappears faster than it should, hence the name.

Double dry hopped for maximum aromatic punch and brewed as a true split-batch collaboration, Party Wave is a celebration of what modern hop pairings can do, juicy, tropical, and built for the moment.

From a 440ml can on 31/5/2026. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a small to medium head. Has a big mango nose, with stone fruit presenting as well. On the sip, there's masses of mango, along with some passionfruit and peach, with the sweetness met with a good dash of tempering lemon and lime in a satisfying savoury finish. Silky mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. A tad unusual and really nicely balanced. Excellent.
