Bottle. Light orange color. Small head, no lace and lots of tiny bubbles. Aroma is typical pumpkin ale, not as strong. Taste, also typical pumpkin ale but kind of bland.

Either a very early or very old bottle, code is 0831163115, who can tell me? 2016? A little darker than a pale ale. Smell is somewhat veggie, no real hint of pumpkin. Wasn’t expecting much in the taste but I am pleasantly surprised. Very good co2 cutting thru and there is this hint of mild tartness in there. Not overly done on the pumpkin spices and I appreciate that. Yes, in the middle of the session I think I get some hints of soda pop, just a hint. Not really like pumpkin pie but perhaps something a little better. Must be the real pumpkin in this that pulls it on thru. Just a subtle hint of pumpkin spices, well balanced and never in yer face. Probably one of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had. Yes, much better than expected, good job foothills; and if this is last year’s, perhaps every bottle should be aged a year but I think this may just be a real early 2017, no?

12 oz. bottle. Pours ruby brown, with a thin head. The aroma is pumpkin and yams, brown sugar, cloves, and some light cinnamon. Very sweet, some mellow vegetal and spice notes. Medium body, sticky, and a little warming. This is a nice, understated pumpkin beer. Mellow spice and an easy flavor.

Frigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours light amber with small beige head. Nice pumpkin aroma, medium/light body, low carbonation, and thin small bubble lacing. Taste earthy, pumpkin, nutmeg, ginger, and a hint of cinnamon. Good pumpkin beer.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized fizzy tan head. Average head retention. Aroma of vibrant spices including ginger, some citrus, pumpkin and a mild glue note. The taste is earth, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, doughy malts and a tart finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
