A blend of golden ales, aged 12–16 months in Chardonnay and red wine barrels with our strains of Brettanomyces wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. Locally foraged Haskap lends royal gentleness and luscious roundness. Ready to enjoy immediately, yet over time, it may reveal new, infernal layers.
