Bottle courtesy of Mallorn via the RB EU 2019-2 trade. Amber, tall white head, lots of floaters. Mildly fruity aroma: hints of pear and spiced apple cider. Taste is bready sweet, with a mild and warming bitterness at the end. Medium body, balanced carbonation. Not enough depth given the alcohol load it’s packing.

33cl bottle from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: orange gold, hazy, a lot of yeasty particles. A: sweet malty, sweet fruity, peach, floral, honey, bit yeasty. T: medium malty backbone, decent herbal bitterness, bit honey, mellow fruity, bit spicy, not so sweet as I expected from aroma, peach, floral, medium body and carbonation, ok for the style, enjoyed.

33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from my parents. Hazy dark golden with a thin white head and lots of unpleasantly looking yeast blobs. Aroma is lightly caramelized sugar, some coriander and some Belgian yeast. Taste is at first sweet but has a long bitter finish. First sips were a bit underwhelming but this beer grows on you a bit. Not the best tripel ever but decent.

Geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en lict zoet met iets van noten en thee. Heeft een mooie gebalanceerde smaak.

Bottle shared at Dean’s Last THT. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast, citrus and light fruits. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Rock City Koene Ridder ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, flowers, moderate yeast, fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, flowers, yeast, anis sees, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
