Ardenne's Craft Beer, lightly dark, with beautiful shiny reflects. Differents from the classic dark ales, because of its mild character, and the small touch of citrus at the end.

Bottiglia. All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente.

0,75 l bottle. Pours hazy yellow with couple of fingers of rocky white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, citruses, spicy at that. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Body is full, carbonation pleasant. Finish is pleasantly bitter and quite spicy. Decent, but not top. Not as complex as some of great tripel, neither is as balanced.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, pale golden with a lively, white head. Dry, spicy European hops in the nose - not very potent though. Solid malty and fruity body with quite a bitter finish. Rather yeasty. I suppose you could call it a Belgian IPA in lack of better. 070524
