Poured from a can into a tulip glass
Pours a cloudy light magenta with a finger of tight light pink head. Head lasts a considerable while leaving light whispy lace along the glass.
Aroma is predominantly fresh juicy red raspberry followed by a light wheat bread aroma and a faint ocean like salinity.
Taste is tart jammy raspberry, wheat bread melding with the slight salt notes, bitter unripe berry notes in the finish.
Light in body with a moderate carbonation, the tart and bitterness make this one more of a sipper.
Overall it's a good fruited gose, although the bitterness borders on harsh and unpleasant. Nice enough I'd grab it again if going to the beach or relaxing by the pool. One for a hot day.
