Bottle, thanks Eddan. Clear light amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste of hops, mango, grass, caramel and grapefruit. Not that bitter. I thought that this one was a laid back one.

Pours dark amber, very dark for an IPA.Nose shows tea, sweet clean malt, herbal hops, spicy malt and caramel.More sweet malt as flavours with some fruit cake and golden syrup notes. Also some peach and apple.Carbonation seems a bit full on.

Riktigt gott.

Bottle. Clear amber/copper liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of flowers, tangerine, citrus, pine and earth. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of flowers, tangerine and mango. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Smells great but the taste is too sweet and not bitter enough for an IPA.

From a 500ml on 16/6/2013. Pours a clear deep orange with a smallish head. Has a lovely fruity floral, hoppy aroma featuring with some spices and lots of bergamot. Flavour wise, its fruity (including more bergamot) and spicy, with a firm bit not overwhelming hop bitterness. Has a medium body and carbonation. Really quite subtle by I PA standards but very classy and enjoyable, as is typical of Epic.

Bottled at Queens Head, Stockholm. Clear amber, creamy head. Rich aroma of pear, ripe mango, pine and grapefruit. Mid sweet with well sized soothing, super rounded caramellly body. Concentrated flavour of tangerine peels, grapefruit and caramel. Long bitter finish. Simply remarkable, what an awesome modern ale?
