Bottle@Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016 - Red Amber pour with white head. Overt sweet with notes of honey and caramel, syurup, sweet finish.

TNOD(U)RBSG16. Clear, red brown. Just a few bubbles. Clean honey aroma and flavour. Nice alcohol warmth.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Almost clear copper colour. Aroma of balsamic honey and cherries. Very sweet with medium body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Honey, sugar,and cherries. Saccharine burns in the finish.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sweet honey, flowers, fruits and has a sweet finish.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Met Onkels Walhalla ].Clear light to medium red color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate cherry - honey, blackcurrant, alcohol, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, honey, fruit - berry, blackcurrant. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcohlic. [20150828]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear light red with no head. Aroma of honey, floral notes and sweet cherries. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.
