Draught @ Fremont Brewing, Seattle, WA

Pours cloudy yellow with a smooth white head. Aroma of dough, yeast, zesty lemon peel and wheaty malts. Taste is stuffy, yeasty and doughy with some lemon and citrus. Finish is sweet and zesty with some lemon and stuffy yeasty notes. Quite unbalanced and messy.

Draft pours. Pineapple juice color with a sweet lemon aroma. Bread and citrus flavor, all being faint and mild. Not too bad.

Gorgeous beer. Hazy yellow with a nice lemon drop lacing Very faint nose. Almost nothing Taste is a Step above your normal hefeweizen. Fruity and grassy, naturally lots of wheat pretty earthy at the finish but the Tate does not stick around. Id put an orange peel here for an added zest

Tap at Fremont, Seattle - 08/11/12. Murky light yellow with a thin white head which retains well, good lacing follows. Nose is floral, perfumed, pale malts and grain. Tastes of sweet sugars, pale malt, light citrus. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, smooth on the palate. Pretty average and uninspiring - more a sugary APA than a wheat ale in my book!
