Fat på Örebro Ölhall. Guldfärgad halvdisig utan skum. Citrus, halm, gröna äpplen, gröna druvor, lätt vinösa, torra toner och tydlig och snygg fatkaraktär. Medium till något lättare kropp, stilla. Riktigt snygg!

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours almost clear with a small and quickly dissipating head. Accordibg to the menu, this is a 1.5 year. Aroma is basements, mold and chesse... lambic type stuff. Maybe a hint of vinegar. Taste is sour... all the funk you'd expect. A bit earthy. Quite good.

Tap at FGF2018. Near clear dark golden with thin white head. Sour grain, apricot, unripe peach, warm funk. Moderate sweet and over medium sour, not vinagrous though. Medium body and no carbonation. Lovely.

Keg at CBC Brixton. Orange/gold, flat and hazy. Light barnyard in the aroma with mothballs and citrus peel. Sweet/sour taste with a dry, dry finish. Champagne vinegar and clementine in the aftertaste. Magic.

Draft at Pigalle. Pours nice cloudy golden-orange, just a bit of foam on top. Total barnyard nose, autumn harvest, fermenting apple juice, horse blanket. Super nice. Acidity is there bit not too sharp. Taste is smooth, some acidity there, light chalk and lots of funk. I do like the nose better though. Still enjoying this. Quite clear dry apple skin bitterness in the finish. Tasty.

Tapped from a cardboard gallon in an Antwerp pub. No head at all, sour. Yellow/ orange color. Not a beer I would drink a lot.

From the tap at Luppolo l'ottavo nano, Palermo, Italy. Pours light orange with practically no foam. Aroma is hay, barn, funky. Body is somehow light, some astringency. Taste is intensely sour, a bit of bitterness maybe. Finish is relatively short.

Caňa en Delirium Cafe Bruselas. 15..09..2017. (r313). Color amarillento velado con poca espuma blanca. Sabores frescos ácidos intensos secos. Ligeros cítricos y herbáceos. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber con poco gas, fuerte acidez. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - cloudy yellow. Some head. Nose - wood, vinegar and going into balsamic. Taste - like licking balsamic out of the barrel it was matured in. Then it gets tighter and more sour all the time. Beer of the day! 96th percentile. Palate - long lean and tangy throughout. Nothing watery about this finish, Jim! Overall - face implosion. Drier than a nun’s ........... Great stuff.
