Venues Aperivitium

Carl and J. C. Jacobsen had a great passion for both art and science. This beer brewed for Carlsberg Venues encapsulates both, with a design anchored in subtle details from the buildings of Carlsberg. The science is at the heart of the beer: brewed with a unique mixed-fermentation technique and black barley dust – a combination invented by the Carlsberg Research Laboratory. Venues Aperivitium is a complex, sour, yet fruitful beer with notes of rhubarb and strawberry, and an almost wine-like character.
