Bottle, 9%. Slow gusher. Yeasty and fruity aroma with a hint of pepper. Hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is sweetish and citric with a decent note of Belgian yeast. High carbonation. Citric and sourish finish.

Pours hazed blonde (as I poured the yeast in with it) to a light amber. Medium big, stable white head. Scent is BE yeast, more phenolic than estery though. maltyness is rather sharp here, not as smooth as I like in a tripel. Taste is very yeasty (phenolic, intense yet not off) . Malty (grainy) Medium bitterness. not to isoamylacetate (banana) forward, making this more of a Belgian Golden Strong ale than a tripel, accept for the clarity of course. Decent, but very generic.
