Borefts VII. Day 2. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and minerally crisp. Thin malts, trace of creamy sweetness. Light sweet floralness. Mild but bright orange and tangerine. Light crisp finish. Not bad.
7th November 2015
Bottle has a much more savoury Belgian yeast streak.

[9/26/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Hazy yellow. Aroma of fruity hops and a bit of phenolic spiciness. Dry flavor, slightly spicy, with nice fruity hops. Medium-bodied, well-carbonated.

Keg at BBF 7, Bodegraven, 26/09/15. Very lightly hazed golden yellow with a moderate off white covering. Nose is melon, straw, apple, bitter orange, funky yeast notes. Taste comprises orange pith, pine linger, melon, tangerine, straw, hint of candyfloss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for a Belgo styled IPA.

Hazy, bright yellow colour. Complex aroma with, yeast, bread, banana, light funk and also citrusy mandarin peel. All these elements are captured in the flavour too. It’s remarkably clean and crisp with a lasting bitter finish.

Draft sample @ Van Moll fest 2015, Eindhoven.
