Es glänzt in festlichem Goldgelb und in die Nase steigt das reine und aromatische Malzaroma. Auch im Geschmack zeigt das Festbier seinen edlen Malzcharakter, der von einer leicht-herben Hopfenbittere abgelöst wird.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Sweet malty, slightly biscuity and draffy aroma with notes of grassy and herbal hops. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Hearty pale malty body with chalky and herbal accents; almost dry malty, even a bit (wal-)nutty and moderately hoppy finish. A solid Festbier. 08.XII.09
