Richting het begin van de zomer brengen we de laatste jaren altijd een Juicy IPA uit, niet te zwaar, niet te ingewikkeld maar wel heel erg lekker. Dit jaar hebben we gekozen voor een moutbasis met een flink deel tarwe, voor een extra frisse touch. De hopselectie bestaat uit een Citra Incognito (Tropisch, citrus), Idaho7 (Sappige mandarijn, harsig), Motueka (Limoenzest), El Dorado (Ananas, Mango) en Galaxy (Passievrucht, perzik). Een behoorlijke fruitsalade dus, met een mooi bittertje voor de balans.

0,33 l can. Big thank you to Vanessa & Nils for the service. BB 05/27. Like pale yellow orange juice in the glass with an one finger short lasting white head. Intensive sweet tropical fruity aroma. Yeasty and some resin. Taste starts dry tropical and stone fruity with a lot of yeast. Increasing bitter elements with dry malt. No real carbonation. Long lasting aftertaste.
