The Cosmic Dust showcases thiol-rich hop varietals and the transformative power of modern IRC7 yeasts.
With this new batch, we’ve kept all the thiolized magic you know and love from previous batches, but turned up the tropical aromas.
Alongside the thiol-enriched Mega Terps hop blend, we’ve built our hot side additions around Superdelic to bring out a massive ripe mango character.
For the dry hop, Rakau takes center stage this time, delivering bright notes of Mirabelle plum and mandarin. A supporting addition of Nelson Sauvin adds a crisp touch of Sauvignon Blanc and pink grapefruit, while Kohia Motueka brings subtle passionfruit and lime notes to the finish.

From tap at the Gravity Taproom, Budapest, 25.06.26. Cloudy straw colour. White head and lacing. Superb aroma and taste of lychee, papaya, tamarind, bitter citrus and pine shoots. Lingering bitterness.
