The second variant of iKi is brewed with fresh Sencha tea leaves and Ginger. iKi Ginger is an amber colored beer with a rich crispy taste. Take a quiet moment and enjoy the taste and relax. The slight tingling caused by the ginger makes a crisp and a refreshing twist. It typically combines well with meat or goose liver. However in India and China ginger is often used with curries and fish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Watery palate.

Oranjebruin bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig, ietwat zoet en kruidig met sporen van gember, chili en hars. Niet onaardig, dit bier.

Found this beer from 3 star restaurant Librije by accident in a delicatessen shop in Oldenzaal. It was the very last bottle, and the shopkeeper only asked 2,50 euros for it. Was it a bargain? Not really. Amber color, cloudy. Green tea, yeast, energydrink and hints of ginger in both aroma and flavor. Sweetish. Slightly herbal. Not unpleasant, but where are the malt and hops?

bottle from el corte ingles, las palmas. clear yellow, smooth white head. mild malty aroma, herbal notes of ginger. faint note of banana. Flavor like any other ale, only some herbal bitterness from ginger and tea as well as the sweet malts. hops are very faint. As i sip the beer some more, the ginger flavor becomes quite prominent.

Botella 33 cl VIII cata ratebeer astuias en Cimmeria 12..03..2017. (r88). Fcpref y lote en chapa ilegibles. Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca. Sabores suaves a jengibre y algo herbaceos y especiados. Cuerpo ligero líquido, algo fino y fácil de beber. Buena.
