Bottled. Cloudy pale orange, near no head. There’s a tart citric edge in the aroma that is disturbing, but beneath that it is a fine beer. It’s fairly well hopped with rich malt character and clean, rounded mouthfeel. I wish I could’ve tasted this brewery fresh.

Not sure about this one. On one hand, it was pretty tart and bottle-conditioned. I’m not a fan of bottle-conditioning lighter styles because they pick up infection really quickly. But I can’t guarantee that’s what this was. It was a very clean tartness, no gusher, full body, no excessive carbonation. And it didn’t inhibit the drinkability of the beer, either. It was a lot like some of those French microbrews that always have this character (apparently intended).

Doughy, slightly spicy aroma with a hint of banana. Fairly yeasty, tart, with hints of bready malt.

An unclear light yellow beer with a beutiful head. The aroma is dominated by oranges. The flavor is dominated by wheat malt in the begining, turning to oranges in the middle, and to end of on a very dry hoppy note.

Hazy blond color. Nice aroma: hop flowers, malt, light wax. Delicate malty and fruity taste (plums). Ordinary palate. But interesting.
Thanks to Jens (Ungstrup), Jacob (Lövenlund) and all the Danish crew for these rare beers!
