They made this Gold Mild Ale in collaboration with the Oregon Home Grown project — a group that pairs local breweries with regional hop farmers and yeast labs. It utilizes late harvest, Oregon grown Cascade Hops, adding lush cone character to the classic style.

Tasting Notes:
Notes of grapefruit zest and kumquat flow through every sip of the warm weather crusher. Hints of dank resin play beautifully against the malt profile, leading to an ultra smooth finish.

Can from Tavour: pours gold with nice white head. Aroma is light rind, herby, pine, biscuit. Taste is very refreshing. Low bitterness and mild sweetness. Circumstances play play a part in an inflated score.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate, transient white head. Aroma is a light combo of bready malt and citrus pith. Med body or nearly. Fairly dry tho bready malt is definitely present. Bitter enough for balance. The citrus seems to include kumquat. There's more citrus, but it's hard to parse. Definitely not lemon or lime tho.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour initial foamy head fades. Grainy, biscuity aroma, mild nutty notes. Taste is bready, malty hint of orange. Smooth texture, on the heavier side for mouth feel.
