Draft @ Beer Temple. Nice sour ale. Fresh and sour, but also fruity, with a note of raisin. Not thick, not thin, just good. A very solid example of the style.

Small sample at Beer Temple. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of funk, citrusy sourness, lemons. Flavour is sour, citrus, lemon, light malty, hint of butter, yeast, decent tart/bitter finish with some fruity acidity. Light to medium-bodied.

Bottle at the "Dean is a cheap bastard tasting cos he let Rene buy a beer from the shop and then asked to taste it for the tick" tasting, via Cotteridge Wines. Poured a murky muddy dishwasher brown grey colour with little life. The aroma is acid citrus mineral. The flavour is moderate sour with a citrus light acid palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Looks awful, but tastes great... well think so :-)

Bottle at the "Dean is a cheap bastard tasting cos he let Rene buy a beer from the shop and then asked to taste it for the tick" tasting. Thanks John! Hazy very pale yellow to grayish color, very small off-white lacing. Smell and taste sourness, slightly grassy, fruitpeel sourness. Ok body and carbonation.

Bottle from Siren, as part of a Rainbow Project mixed case. Hazy, dark copper colour. Film of blue grey tinged head. Light, red wine vinegar. Light herb. Light, soapy flora. Taste is soapy sweet, and lightly tart. Palate has a light oily, greasiness, that doesn’t sit well. Finishes with more of the soapy sweetness. Dry close. Drinks well under the ABV, but has an old lady, lavender room spray thing going on, that I don’t really like.
