Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, cereali, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e spezie.

(Draught at Hoppy Days, Amsterdam, 17 Sep 2016) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly malty nose with peaches, white bread and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with notes of white bread, peaches, citrus, a slightly doughy malt character and a balanced grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

5% bottle from Eataly on sale. A slightly cloudy honey gold with a thin foamy head. A nice herbal earthy nose with some pepperiness to it - nice. Soft light body with a biscuity malt character and a sharp bite of hops. An average beer but pretty flavorful for a kolsch, better than many I have had in Japan.

Bottle @ Hoppy Days. Slightly unclear pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, slightly hayish, a hint of hops. Clean and crisp kolsch. Easy drinkable. Pretty nice.

Tap sample at Hoppy Days. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of leaves, tea, light malty, yeast. Flavour is medium sweet, leaves, some boiled veggies, malts, yeast, light bitter finish. Light bodied. Not great.

Draft at Hoppy Days. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, cereal, bready malts, herbs. Flavour is light sweet and light moderate bitter. Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle, 5%. Hazy dark yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, little hop, little citrus and little grainy. Flavour is malt, fruit, grainy, little citrus, hop, little sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle. Creamy White excellent fully lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Wonderfull kölch.

Bottle. Huge head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, bread and hops. Nice and fresh.
