12 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear golden color with merely a faint suggestion of a head. Sweet, gummy apple aroma with a faint bit of tartness in the finish. The taste is tart apples with a faint champagne note in the finish before it goes sweet again. Certainly drier than their other ciders, but nowhere worthy of the moniker brut. Decent, though, for what it is.

Bottle at West Coast Brew Fest 2010. Pours pale gold with a frothy bubble head. A fresh apple cider aroma. Near medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is fresh apple with skin bitter quickly following. Finishe slightly less bitter than it began. Definitely balanced sweet and bitter. Nice.

Bottle. Pours with a very pale golden body. Fading foam. Dry, very dry, aroma. Minerals, apple core. Taste dry, delicate apple flavor. Not a ton of character, but not overdone with sugar. Forgettable, but not bad or repulsive at all. The best of the 12 oz Crispins. Light bubbles. Medium to dry finish.
