Una West Coast IPA che marca la nostra prima collaborazione, cercata e voluta con la nostra guida spirituale. Quel Mike Murphy dai tratti scandinavi e dal cuore a stelle strisce che una volta raggiunta la pianura pontina ha svuotato il nostro magazzino dei migliori luppoli americani. Il risultato è una IPA pura e senza mediazione che grazie all’uso del ‘Hop Back’ spaccherà letteralmente i vostri palati. Ne vorrete bere ancora, ma non vi assicuriamo che riuscirete a parlare!

Lattina. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo, arancia, ananas e mandarino.

Keg at fyne fest 2017... Copper thin white lacing.. Soft cheesy fruits nose.. Light dry cheesey bitter fruits

Craft Clerkenwell. Keg. Hazy amber beer with a small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and light, semi dry with modest fine carbonation. Mildly tangy caramel malts, trace of cream. Mellow piney hops that also bring mild but very ripe orange. Light dry finish. Modest bitter linger. Not bad.

Draft at Hoppy Days. Pours hazy amber gold with an off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, biscuity malt, pine, resinous hops and orange peel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light heavy bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
