(Draught at Troost de Pijp, Amsterdam, 17 Feb 2023) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of peaches, coriander, orange, hay and bread. Fruity, herbal taste with peaches, orange, hay, coriander and a gentle herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Can, 5.8%. Good citric, yeasty and slightly funky aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small fizzy white head. The flavour is not as citric as the aroma, but still a little. It has coriander notes, bread yeast, papery maltiness. Black pepper aftertaste.

Tap. Blonde. Citric aroma. Dry citric flavor with chloride and a hint of earthy hops. Earthy hopbitter finish. Citrus. OK.

Yeasty nose. Clear medium golden, foamy off-white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma wheat, saison yeast, bit gooseberry, grass. Taste light sweet and bitter, light sourish notes, wood, fruity and spicy notes. Dry sweetbitter aftertaste, fruity notes, woody, medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, decent saison.

Flaske delt med Ovesen på Holmens aktivitetsdag: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig, pepret saisonaroma og -smak med frisk karbonering og god maltkropp. Tørr, krydret ettersmak.
