On tap at pub. Pours out a crisp pale straw. Topped with a nice long lasting white head. Nose is nice fresh cut grass and some bread malts. Taste is as the nose wow what a good lawnmower beer.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear life gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has a nice combination of light grass and grain with a bit of crispness. Flavor has the same combination of grass and light grain that has a crisp finish.

On draft at the brewpub in Albuquerque. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head. Light aroma. Flavors of biscuit and a hint of floral hops. Crisp finish.

At the brewery pub on draft cloudy light golden with a sliight white head aroma of hops and maybe apples it has a strong citrus flavor that is full bodied and has a bitter taste remains on the palate

Tap @ La Cumbre. Pours a clear, golden appearance with a white head. A but spicy herbal, grassy, floral aroma. Very zippy, spicy, chewy hay, grassy flavor. Top of the line for an american version.

Draft at the source, courtesy of erway - thank you sir! Clear yellow color, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma of peppery citrus and straw. Taste is similar. Clean and crisp as a pilsner should be!

Straw colour. Light saaz aroma. Old(ish) saaz and heavy pale malt character. Moderate bitterness. Might be a bit husky. Styles like a north German pils, but using saaz. Doesn’t really have Czech-level refinement.

On tap at GABF. Multiple samples. Pours with a pretty clear yellow body with a retentive white head. Soft pils/bready malt aroma, lightly grainy. Some spicy and herbal noble hop aromas. A touch grassy. Very clean fermentation wise. Flavors are quite dry with a nice malt bready character and a spicy hop finish. Dry, crisp and medium bitter. Well done pilsner!

on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma has an off note, coppery/perfumy. Taste is strong coppery/off note/perfumy/spice hops, some fruit, light/medium malt. Harsh.

Finally found my last page of notes from RBWG, thanks again Eric for these growlers. They were the highlight of our AZ Wine tasting! Pours light yellow with a bright white head. Aroma is cereal and hay with some peppery hops. Flavor is nice and clean grassy malts, may be some thin cereals and a nice Saaz finish. Really nice pils.
