Draft at Santa Fe taproom. Black body with a foamy, tan head. Aroma of roasted and burnt malts, caramel with hints of chocolate and coffee. The flavor is moderately sweet and moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture and moderate carbonation. Roast and burnt tastes dominate. Coffee bitterness lingers. A bit thin for an oatmeal stout, but a nice drinker.

on tap-pours a brown head and black color. Aroma is rich dark malt-licorice/molasses/roasty. Taste is rich dark malt/oat-licorice/molasses/roasty, secondary earthy hops bite. Towards full body and oatmeal porter.

Bomber from Liz. Pours very black with a foamy 3 finger dark tan head. Aroma is smooth burnt malt and a hint of chocolate. Med body. Flavor is burnt malt, coffee and chocolate. In the end it tends towards mostly coffee. Dang. Then milk chocolate comes out. And it makes my mouth sort of cuddle up around it. Nice!

Another tasty Marble brew - dark brown - impressive, short-lived head - inviting aroma of vanilla, cocoa, espresso - creamy mouthfeel - full to medium body - medium sweet chocolate and cream - dry, roasty - semi-bitter finish - nicely done.
