A light colored, smooth drinking American IPA brewed with Simcoe, Chinook, and Citra hops. Flavors and aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine are balanced by a hint of cereal sweetness from the use of twenty percent malted white wheat. Not overwhelmingly bitter, but great hop aromatics make this an IPA drinker’s IPA.

Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus, peach, biscuity malt. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Nicely juicy IPA, not the most bitter but very tasty.

Tap at Harry's. Orange colour, small white head. Orange, caramel in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Caramel, rye, peach in the flavour. Doesn't feel fresh. Meh.

(bottle, 35.5cl) Hazy, deep golden colour with a short and off-white foamy head. Juicy malty and moderately earthy, piney and mildly fruity hops, including notes of fruit salad. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Juicy malty base with present resiny, fruity and slightly grassy hops, including notes of grapefruit and fruit salad; bitter-sweet and quite lasting finish. Decent. 17.VII.17

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt - caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grass, citrus, fruiy hops, light pine. Hazy deep golden colour, small frothy white head, dissipates quickly, minimal lacing. Hoppy nose, aroma pale malts, grapefruit, orange, bisquit, pine, light caramel. Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange, grapefruit, peach. Fruity bittersweet aftertaste, spicy notes, lingering dry finish. Medium body, soft carbonation, well-balanced and very good.

33cl bottle @PBF XI. Poured golden color with a thin white head. Aroma has glueish notes, pine, herbs, hops. Flavor has herbal hops, glue, herbal hops, pine. Good drinkability despite the glue notes.
