Pours a muddy copper with minimal head. Aroma is rather muted, with some hop pine and spruce. Flavor is very bitter with some hop bite. Not a lot of citrus or tropical fruit. Kind of a disappointment.

Bottle: Golden peach color with a thin, creamy white head. The nose isn’t as intense as what I’d expect from an IBU bomb, but the citrus and tropical fruit comes together nicely. Soft and inviting. Good hop flavors throughout; citrus, pine, and tropical fruits. Potent and strong, but not overly hot or bitter.

Bottle. Sweet orange malt and strong alcohol/acetone aroma. Hazy amber with small head. Sweet orange/peach malt and light bitter herbal orange peel flavor. Thankfully doesn’t taste nearly as harsh as the aroma.

Bottle - thanks Brian! Pours hazy orange with a large off-white head that dissipates fairly quickly with decent lacing. Aroma is caramel, spruce, cardboard. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, buttery. Medium body, a bit harsh. Nondescript.

From a bottle. Smell is thick hops. Looks a little viscous, no head to spek of. Not real cold. Thick bukkshit strong volatile across the palate and warming down the hatch. Long bitter mouth coating green grapefruit rinds finish. WEW-WEEE ass kcking up to yer jaw. My girlie taste buds are not thanking me for this one.

On Tap at the River Room, While Foods, Boise Hazy golden orange, with an impressive full off-white head leaving heavy thick sheets of lacing. Modest fresh citrusy hop aroma. Big IBU bite and reasonable west coast hop flavors. A little metallic and medicinal, late grassy bitterness. Pretty clean and modest bodied for a double. Decent.

Bottle from Legacy Liquor, Vancouver
Hazy blond color with medium head. Intense aroma, yellow fruits, apricots; mellow; later, a bit of pungent animal aroma appear. The mouthfeel is quite dry and lean, although also minimally oily; good malt flavor, a bit toasty, and with some fudge/toffee; very strong bitterness; the hopping is resiny and fruity, although in the very end there is a bit of chicory bitterness; I may sense infinitesimal diacetyl, not enough to disturb though.
Very good.

650 ml bottle. Pours a light copper with moderate head. Aromas of pine, toffee, and pink grapefruit. Flavors are similar with an emphasis on pine. Very good but nothing to differentiate from the offerings of a hundred other micros.
