Hogan’s Draught Cider is a classic draught cider, bright, lightly carbonated and golden in colour, fermented from 100% fresh pressed cider apples. As with all our products no apple concentrate is used and we do not add sugars prior to fermentation giving our premium cider an authentic taste.

Hogan’s Draught Cider (4.5% abv) is a medium dry cider with a distinctive, appley aroma and some peaty notes. Well-balanced on the palate, Hogan’s draught has an abundance of classic cider apple tannins and a pleasing complexity.

Keg at the Plough, Worcester, 03/09/22. Light golden blonde, carbonation evident, topped with a lasting white crown as it goes for a cider. Nose is sweet apple, straw, sugars, caramel. Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, light orchard wood, straw. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok refresher.

Keg at Full Monty. Tart nose, creamy apples. Sweet, slightly sugary, a touch of vanilla. Soft and easy. Not so interesting but not bad.

On tap at The Stable, pours a clear pale blonde. Aroma brings out gentle farmhouse notes and crisp apple skins. Flavour is medium sweet, with farmhouse notes and earthy notes. Farmhouse-y, with a dry, musty finish. Good stuff.

Clear golden colour, no head as expected from a cider; typical apple cider aroma and taste with some salty-cheesy notes (which makes it somehow special)... well I would have not tasted it (instead of the great beers available on tap in the pub where I tasted it) if I had not wanted to tick Warwickshire...

Lys gul klar med minimalt hvit skum som blir helt borte. Lukter epler, plast, trevirke og noe honning. Middels fylde. Lett sødme, epler, tørr.

From tap at På kornet, Stavanger, 16.01.17. Aroma of old English cider apples, apple zest and leather. Similar taste. Excellent complexity and quaffability!
