Gala has a remarkable, light taste due in part to the spring water of Moundou wells with which it is brewed.

Pours almost completely clear pale yellow color, topped with a fairly nice white frothy head. Mild malty aroma, easily picked up grainy notes. Slightly dusty and acid smell. Taste is sweet and watery, no realy bitterness to speak off. Slight herbal aftertaste, hardly noticeable. It’s not unplesant. Drinkable unlike some others.

(Bottled BB 07/2009). Thanks Hanna! Pale yellow color, vanishing white head. Cardboardish, corn-like aroma. Quite tasteless. Sweet-malty start, then a bit apple fruityness. Harsh, slightly cat piss hoppy finish. Harmless.

Bottled (4.9%) Pale golden, minimal head. Fruity and syrupy, sticky and mushy. Some creamy papery malt, but most of all a mess. No bitterness.
