Draft @ Hoppy Loft.

Tap at the Delirium Hoppy Loft, Brussels. Poured a clear medium brown with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light woody hop, smooth peppermint palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Thx! for sharing. Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Clear amber. Nose is herbal resin hops with some caramel sweetness. Taste is a bit too caramel, sugar, malt forward, candy with herbal pine resin hops, tad sweetish. Touch watery. Imperfect but decent enough to work.

Bottle at home from Bevmo. Semi clear orange golden coloured pour with a loose sticky off white head. Aroma is caramel malts, sticky resinous, hops, veg hop matter. Flavour is chewy caramel malts, sticky resinous hops, a bit rough round the edges. Strawberry, little toast. Palate is semi sweet and chewy, highish carbonation. Decent old school IPA.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with medium white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is citrus and pine. Medium mouth, nice hop bite, citrus, resin finish, very good.

Nose is caramel malt, light pine, bitter orange, straw. Taste is caramel malt forward, orange pith, grapefruit, pine resin, straw. Medim boded, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Ok IPA - no show stopper.

Bottle in a hotel room in SF, February 2014. (my first one from this brewery) Dark amber with a small head. Aroma and taste of fruit, pine, malt and some hay. A bit anonymous and quite sweet. Drinkable but not that interesting.

bottle on 8/18/13 from a run down liquor store in Crescent City, CA - Pours dark copper-amber with minimal head. The aroma has caramel malt and maybe a little citrus. It tastes sweet at first with toasty malt. Moderate, green hops bitterness kicks in. It’s medium bodied with lingering bitterness. There’s something different about it compared to most IPAs but it’s alright.

Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear copper with a slight white head. Aroma is floral hop with some caramel backing. It’s almost chewy. It almost suggests cola. Then it settles down to slightly burning hop over adequate caramel. The question: what hop? Not citrus. Maybe floral. Seems earthy. And the burn increases. Burps good too.
