Valsviken som ligger på norra Järflotta användes förr som lävik för fiskarna vid läggning av sina strömmingsskötar öster om Valsudden. Denna starka och värmande porter bryggdes med hela sju olika maltsorter och har lagrats under lika många månader. Som alla våra öl är den opastöriserad – och bryggd med omsorg och kärlek.

Pitch black colour with small beige head.Aroma of chocolate and licorice nice sweet vinious and with hint of berries as well smooth and well balanced finish.

Found 2010 vintage in the cellar, perhaps stayed too long. Almost black, dark brown at the rims. No head but still rather carbonated. Dried plum aroma. Taste of dried plum, coffee and a hints of soya and licorice.

250 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with short tan head. Aroma of fruity coffee, vanilla , a bit of smoke and roasted barley. Flavors follow same. Dry. Tasty.

Bottled 250ml. -Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, alcohol and dried fruits in the nose.Sweet malty, caramel, toffee, light nutty and dried fruits with warming alcohol in the finish.
