This year's present to ourselves (and YOU, duh) started when we wondered how we could get hungry enough to eat all this cake....
Our 6th Anniversary IPA is built on a classic Citra and Citra Cryo base but then infused with Super Lemon Haze terpenes to make the neighbours ask "WHO'S HAVING A PARTY?".
Orange, mandarin, lemon and lime show up first. Then comes an unmistakably deep herbal weed aroma that usually leads to someone asking what's actually in the beer.
DANKNESS WILL DOMINATE.
But... There's no CBD, no THC, and no cannabis. Just a healthy dose of flavourful terpenes doing what they do best.

Appearance: Hazy yellow, golden pour with a small, foamy white head that doesn’t last long but leaves some nice lacing.
Aroma: Big ripe cannabis buds and wet dank hops. Lemony, citrus aroma that comes from the Citra and Citra Cryo base.
Flavour: Juicy citrus fruit riding a light bready malt base. The NZ hops deliver peach fuzz, watermelon, and pithy citrus, then shift toward earthy bitterness, moderate resin, and light pine. Finish is relatively dry with a mild bitterness that can linger, accompanied by a resinous dank edge.
Mouthfeel: Soft, pillowy, creamy, smooth, medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Poured from 473mL can. Murky dull blonde with small white head. Some dank weedy terps, touch of lime zest, fairly easy drinking. Decent.

Aroma: weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeddddddd 🌱🌲
Taste: along the same lines, with some mint notes.
Overall: actually, pretty good and more or less balanced.
