0.33l bottle many thanks to Lore. Opaque golden body with a long lasting pearl head. Aroma of grainy malts, sweet apples, floral hops and a bit of pears. Taste of bready malts, apples, pears, sugar syrup and floral hops. Medium bodied, silky beer with a lively carbonation. Very nice tripel.

A classical and generous tripel, warm alcohol, malty, fruity, side of plum, a bit syrupy, classical hop, to enjoy step by step, sweet, sugar, Belgian touch. 15.12.2020, in one coop in Bern probably, drinking it at home, Epalinges.

Pours a hazy yellow with a big white head. Typical Belgian aroma of citrus, fruits, yeast, light malts, sweet spices, especially coriander. Flavour is similar, rather sweet. Its relative lightness makes it more of a Belgian Blonde than a Tripel.

Bottiglia. Il naso riconosce indizi di speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è media, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi e frutta disidratata.

Dark golden pour and a fine head. Fine lacing.
Good intensity in the aroma.
Balanced sweetness and a fine carbonation level
Pleasant to drink.. Mild acidity.
Malty, fruity, toffee, some spices, mild bread and some yeast in the flavor

Bottle 0,33: Again the charging cavalary on the label, hazy golden brew with some sweetbitternesh.

Klar brun med masse hvitt skum som blir liggende. Lukter belgisk gjær, urter og malt. Smaker malt og urter. Sterk men likevel lettdrikkelig.

Bottle, bb 2/25. Golden amber with a thick white head that lasts very well. Aroma of spiced dough, some banana, hints of booze. Dryish with sweet dough, some fruit, slightly harsh spicy bitterness. Not the classiest tripel you'd have but not bad at all.

En tulipa, color dorado, espuma blanca bien retenida. En nariz notas de levadura, pan, cereal, especias, cítricos... En boca entra dulce con notas de levadura y malta, amargor muy contenido, el alcohol se siente presente al final del trago, moderadamente especiada, ligeros toque amaderados, naranja madura, algo de especias... Una tripel belga que sin estar arriba del todo se bebe muy fácilmente, quizá carece de algo de profundidad, fuerza y carácter, no obstante un servidor la ha disfrutado tan ricamente.
