Appearance- Pours clear gold, with long, streaky legs, still.
Aroma- Sweet, baked apples with cinnamon followed by sweet spices and brown sugar.
Experience- Rich, baked apple skin, creamy honey sweetness followed by strong rich pie spices, especially cinnamon. Truly like eating a piece of apple pie. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy and finishes sweet with a slight lingering warmth.

At the discover mead event at beerlovers bar. Pours very clear blonde. Smell is intense cinnamon. Taste is sweet, bit sharp, cinnamon, full,bbut not as thick as hoped for. Nice.

ABV: 14%; clear golden colour, no head at all (like a glass of white wine); aroma and taste of a sweet white dessert wine wih honey, as well as apple, cinnamon and clove notes and spicy alcohol especially in the (after)taste; extreme think with no beer features at all

Bottle shared with the KL tasting crowd. Poured a clear straw colour with little life. The aroma is sweet roasty apple, dry crumbly, dough biscuit malt, light cinnamon spice. The flavour is strong sweet with a smooth, rich, oily, fruity, warm alcoholic palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation. Awesome.

Bottle. Transparent golden color with no head. Aroma is apple, cinnamon, chai spice. Taste is cinnamon, chai spice, Apfelstrudel. Medium carbonation. Oily mouthfeel. Nice! 7-3-7-3-15 Finished the bottle a couple months later - works much better for me now that the weather is getting colder. 7-3-8-4-15

Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Nose is apple, cinnamon, pepper, cumin, Lebkuchen. Palate is apple, cinnamon, honey. Not too heavy, quite nice, but weird in the summer.

Clear yellow. Aroma is phenolic spices, apple, slight vanilla and cream, blueberry. Taste is blueberry, sweet but complex. Oily but drinkable. Nice.
