Essential Elements - Michigan wildflower and star thistle honey, apple cider, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg.
Appearance- Pours clear gold, with long, streaky legs, still.
Aroma- Sweet, baked apples with cinnamon followed by sweet spices and brown sugar.
Experience- Rich, baked apple skin, creamy honey sweetness followed by strong rich pie spices, especially cinnamon. Truly like eating a piece of apple pie. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy and finishes sweet with a slight lingering warmth.

500 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer. Nice fresh cut apples, mild spice, mild honey. Nice and bright. Very pleasing aroma.
Flavor reminds of of a baked apple desert. Mild cinnamon on type of fresh cut apples with the honey just lightly noticeable after the sip. Residual sugar still gives a syrupy sweetness over the palate. Medium in feel. Not cloying at all. A very nice desert flavor.

Blue glass 375 bottle pours with a clear watery gold body that leaves behind thin legginess on the inside of the glass. The aroma offers up cinnamon apple pie, some sweet honey, a dash of honey comb wax and some faint floral notes. The taste is smooth and slick honey sweetness running into a modest degree of apple and then kind of nectar sweetness to midway. Surprisingly to me it dries out a tad into the finish. Solid stuff.

Awesome. Sweet honey and apples with cinnamon/nutmeg and light toasted crust flavors. Touch of apple tartness. Great balance. Smooth. --- Beer merged from original tick of B. Nektar Apple Pi on 30 May 2015 at 19:23 - Score: 8. Original review text:

Bottle @ Steve_0 during my 10k tick fest. Thanks Armin! Pours a very light yellow appearance with no head. The aroma has a bunch of cinnamon and a vanilla with a tiny bit of dill in the background. A little boozy. Kind of a weird flavor. Plenty of apple and pear but it has also a weird spicy note. A little herbal. Tons of cinnamon and wood. Kind of fun.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has lots of sweet honey with a bit of dryness and a bit of acidic apple coming through with a hint of light spice. Flavor has sweet apples and pie spice with a honey note that acts a lot like pie crust. Pretty great.

Refrigerated 12.7 blue bottle from charule poured into a white wine glass. Clear pale yellow with no head. Aroma is honey, medium body, no carbonation, syrupy texture, and no lacing. Taste is apple cider, honey, some alcohol, and nutmeg. Pretty good, but the alcohol isnβt covered.

Strong apple nose, subtle allspice notes underneath. Pale yellow, some suspended carbonation visible. Apple syrup, honey more evident on the back end. Full body, warm, velvety. Definitely sweet, maybe a bit too much so, but very tasty.

Bottle. Pours with a clear pale yellow hued body, still, good legs. Aromas are of cinnamon, vanilla, lightly musty apple, strong spices, slightly nutmeg forward, clove (or something eugenol heavy). Sweet, honey, slightly biscuity. Flavors are quite sweet and spicy, almost chai tea like, some backing acidity, nice apple, cinnamon and supporting spices. Quite tasty. Acidity could probably be a touch higher. Still and viscous. Quite fun and tasty. Floral honey notes. Well done.
