Flip top thanks to Steve. Pours out a golden wheat topped with a white head. Nose is orange citrus leafy hops and some cereal malts. Taste is more of the nice orange leafy hops a nice end cereal malts. Just a little bitterness on the end.

750mL growler filled 5/27/16, drunk 6/8/16.
Mildly to moderately hazy, bronze-tinged golden body is topped by a well-retained, large, white head.
Very fruity, with a light wood-like hint that I often get from amarillo. Lots of lemons, tangerines, and grapefruit pith. Not resinous, no alcohol, no flaws and with the pleasing house character/minerality. Aroma strength is good, though it doesn’t pour forth like Walden or even Sumner.
And again, maybe a touch muted in the flavor, though everything is clean and highly flavorful. Perfect texture, with plentiful dry biscuit and cracker-like malt notes and a high dryness overall yet with a good, malty texture. Oranges, grapefruits, light stone fruits and just a hint of pine. Excellent and fantastically drinkable, and would be the star of most brewery’s lineups. For Hill, it’s only just excellent....

Draft at Fool's Gold, 12/5/15. Murky yellowish color with a decent amount of lace. Lemon/citrus, a bit of spice, done herbal notes as well. Fairly dry but with a decent balancing act from the spice and light sweetness. Quite tasty, though not quite as good as what they usually do with this style.

Tap, at the brewery. Murky yet bright, honeyed gold. Frothy, messy, sticky white head. Lots of citrus hop. Grapefruit pith. Grapefruit juice. Hint of lemongrass. Vanilla ice cream malts. Taste is citrus pith bitter. Some soft dryness. Smooth, fairly full body. Bitter finish, with a light dry close. Delicious.

Draught at Prohibition Pig. It pours hazy golden - orange with a thick white head. The nose is soft, juicy, orange, tangerine, sticky marmalade, melon, faint cucumber, grass and dough. The taste is crisp, quite dry, high bitterness, grapefruit, orange, pithy citrus, grass, minerals, straw, pine and some pepper with a smooth, bitter finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. One of the more bitter and dry HF offerings. Crisp and refreshing.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, hops, malt, and a bit of hay. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, hops, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. High drinability.

On tap at the brewery on 21. June 2014. Standing two hours in line. Big thank you to Russel for his patience and driving. Tastes not so far away from Edward but more yeasty in my opinion. Delicious.

750mL growler, sent from Glouglouburp (thanks Dany), pours a cloudy golden yellow with one-finger length of foamy white head. Aroma brings out loads of floral hops and citrus zest, backed by some biscuity crackery malt - it's got that classic Hill Farmstead meadow-like nose. Flavour is similar, bringing out super fresh floral hops, citrus zest, a little pine, a touch of pineapple, and some nice soft crackery malt to back. Extremely dry, crisp and refreshing, with a wonderful balance of flavours. One of the best thirst beers I've ever had - could drink litres of this stuff. Exceptional pale ale.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow amber with a medium white heady that dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, grass, lemon zest. Flavor is the same, light sweet and light bitter. Light body, soft, creamy mouthfeel.
